I have always viewed life and this 3d reality that we live in from a different angle. This allows me to ask questions that clients have not asked themselves before. To make them consider events in their life in a new way. Seeing the world from a different perspective is a powerful tool.

I work with the 6 human needs psychology. Certainty, Uncertainty, Significance, Love and connection, Growth and Contribution. Using this framework I’ll guide you into finding out what you already have, including reinforcing behaviours that are working for you and removing behaviours that are working against you by not allowing you to reach your true happiness. I will suggest exercises and techniques that will help you achieve a balanced life where you can manifest happiness and fulfilment.
